Wrap Around Care

At Bowling Green Academy we are delighted to offer our Kids’ Club, providing wrap around care before and after the school day. The club is managed by the school and run by our own experienced staff, ensuring children are cared for in a safe, happy and stimulating environment.

Breakfast Club costs £5.90 per session and includes a healthy breakfast such as toast, cereal and fruit juice. After School Club is charged at £7.50 for care until 5.00pm or £9.50 for care until 6.00pm. A light snack is also provided in the afternoon, with examples including fresh fruit, sandwiches, sausage rolls or cheese and crackers. Children who are in receipt of Pupil Premium funding are entitled to attend Kids’ Club free of charge. Families with more than one child attending are also able to benefit from a sibling discount, which is applied to the second or third child. Where applicable, we are also able to accept childcare vouchers as a method of payment.

All sessions must be booked in advance using the Arbor Parent Portal app. Please note that once a booking has been made, sessions cannot be cancelled or refunded, as staffing and food costs are planned according to the number of places reserved. Absences will therefore still be charged. Inset days are not charged, and if the school has to cancel a session, parents will be offered either a refund or the option to carry the payment forward to the following week.
